Immediate Media Deletion
Every media file uploaded to HollyVideo is processed locally in temporary storage and deleted immediately after rendering is complete. We do not maintain any long-term backups.
Zero Data Monetization
Your server interaction history, commands, and account information will never be shared, sold, rented, or distributed to advertisement networks or external parties.
Discord Native Security
HollyVideo strictly operates under Discord's official developer policies. We utilize standard gatekeeper features and respect all user permissions configured within your server.
1. Information We Collect (And What We Don't)
To ensure optimal performance and standard operations, HollyVideo processes select interactive points within Discord. This includes:
- User Identification: Discord User IDs, usernames, and avatar IDs to personalize interactions and commands.
- Guild Information: Server Names, Server IDs, and active channels in order to route processed videos accurately.
- Command Input: Text parameters, configuration settings, and structural prompts executed during bot usage.
Media Handling & Storage Limit Commitment
Every media uploaded to HollyVideo will be deleted immediately. This means video templates, uploaded sound bites, custom clips, images, and rendered videos are cleared immediately upon delivery, or immediately upon failure of the processing execution pipeline. No persistent storage volumes retain any copies of your files.
2. How We Use Information
Your interaction data is used exclusively to facilitate rendering commands. HollyVideo operates with high transparency. We do not build profiles of your habits, categorize command use, or save diagnostic information containing sensitive conversational structures.
3. Security
We implement commercial-grade encryption and secure token communication channels when transmitting assets back and forth from the Discord gateway. The hosting cluster operates inside secure firewalls under modern, monitored operating structures managed under Holly's direct oversight.

No. HollyVideo keeps templates and processed content temporary. Any assets processed during server commands are instantly wiped. We do not host long-term community galleries.
This is a legal designation. Holly originally conceptualized, coded, and distributed the bot. While community members often belong to overlapping groups such as BConex, ownership remains exclusive to Holly. This clarification protects BConex legal entities from handling system responsibilities.
Immediately means *instantly* after delivery. Once the processing server handles rendering and shoots the webhook/message back with the generated file payload to Discord, the raw source assets are unlinked from local filesystem nodes inside the engine container. It typically takes less than 30 seconds.
